Frequency 2 - 17 GHz

PhaseFMR has a built-in RF oscillator that allows measurement at any frequency between 2 and 17 GHz. This means that most ferromagnetic materials are well within the measurement range of the instrument. Higher frequencies will be made available at customers request.

Measures thin films below 3 nm

The performance of the PhaseFMR instrument enables measurement on very thin ferromagnetic films. Further upgrades are on the way where we hope to offer even better measurement performance. The measurement shown above is of a 3nm NiFe sputtered thin film.

No external instruments needed

The only things needed for your PhaseFMR measurements is a computer and a magnet.

Usable with any magnet

The PhaseFMR has a plus/minus 10V voltage output for control of electromagnets.

Easy to use and easily modified for your needs.
