The CryoFMR product line
If you want to do broadband FMR analysis over temperature with a cryostat then this is the product line for you. Here broadband FMR is performed using coplanar waveguides dedicated to the target cryostat. Three CryoFMR models cover different frequency ranges, all starting at 2 GHz.
Our cryogenic spectrometers come prepared for integration with the Quantum Design PPMS platforms and the MPMS3.
The ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) of a magnetic thin film is a fundamental property for any high-frequency magnetic and spintronic application, such as hard drive read-heads, MRAM, spin torque MRAM, and spin torque oscillators. PhaseFMR measures the ferromagnetic resonance at different applied magnetic fields and its analysis software extracts:

- Saturation magnetization (Ms)
- Gyromagnetic ratio (γ/2π)
- Anisotropy (Hk)
- Intrinsic damping (α)
- Inhomogeneous broadening (ΔH)
