The PhaseFMR product line
If you want to do broadband FMR analysis at room temperature with a dipole electromagnet then this is the product line for you. Broadband FMR is performed using a coplanar waveguide. Four PhaseFMR models cover different frequency ranges, all starting at 2 GHz.
The ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) of a magnetic thin film is a fundamental property for any high-frequency magnetic and spintronic application, such as hard drive read-heads, MRAM, spin torque MRAM, and spin torque oscillators. PhaseFMR measures the ferromagnetic resonance at different applied magnetic fields and its analysis software extracts:
There are integration kits and CPW holders available for generic dipole magnets as well as for the MicroSense EZ VSM series and the MCS-EMP and 8600 Series VSM systems from Lake Shore Cryotronics.

- Saturation magnetization (Ms)
- Gyromagnetic ratio (γ/2π)
- Anisotropy (Hk)
- Intrinsic damping (α)
- Inhomogeneous broadening (ΔH)
